The annual Sharp Football team needs series is going strong over in our 2024 NFL Draft Hub.

Warren Sharp, Rich Hribar, & Sam Yarnell discussed the most interesting of those teams in the latest edition of the Sharp Football Podcast.

Sharp specifically mentioned the Chargers, who are in an interesting spot heading into Jim Harbaugh‘s first season in charge.

They have the second largest year-over-year increase in ease of any team.

They played the sixth-toughest schedule last year and the second-easiest this year.

They have the fourth most draft capital based on our calculations.

You’ve got a new coaching staff, and we know Jim Harbaugh’s track record from when he coached with the San Francisco 49ers.

He took a team in San Francisco that was off of eight straight losing seasons, and in his first year he took them to 13-3 and the conference championship.

He exceeded the win total for the 49ers in all of his first three seasons as the head coach there.

Can he do the same with the Chargers?

They’ve got more holes, but they also have an easier schedule, so I think they’re a fascinating team to see what they’re going to do with all this draft capital.

The guys also discussed the Cowboys, Dolphins, Cardinals, Bengals, and Broncos.
