Quarterback

Jordan Love: There was nothing good that occurred on Monday night for this passing game.

Love was without Tucker Kraft and Matthew Golden, and Green Bay lost Romeo Doubs during the game.

Working with a skeleton crew of pass catchers against a good defense, Love had season lows with a 55.6% completion rate and 4.9 yards per pass attempt.

Love has now thrown 1 or fewer passing touchdowns in four of his past five games.

He has cleared 15.0 fantasy points in one of those games.

Without Kraft (and still without Jayden Reed), the Packers do not have a pass catcher who can create after the catch.

With an unknown group of pass catchers entering the week against an opponent they should be able to run on, Love is a floor-based QB2 this week, with added upside should he get players like Doubs and Golden back.

The matchup here gets significantly lighter.

The Giants are 22nd in pressure rate (33.3%) and 26th in sack rate (5.6%).

The Giants are allowing 15.8 passing points per game (24th), and there are still chances for passing scores here if Green Bay plays complementary football, since we expect them to run effectively.

Jameis Winston: With Jaxson Dart in concussion protocol and with Mike Kafka taking over as head coach, Winston will be starting this weekend for the Giants.

With Winston, you know you are going to walk the tightrope of moments that showcase why he was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 draft, paired with back-breaking mistakes.

There may not have been more of an example of the “Jameis Experience: than last season’s Monday Night Football game in Denver last season.

In that game, Winston threw for 497 yards and 4 touchdowns, but he also threw 3 interceptions, two of which were returned for touchdowns.

The turnovers have been the largest obstacle for Winston to overcome.

He had a 5.2% turnover-worthy throw rate last season, per Pro Football Focus. No passer who attempted as many passes as Winston in 2024 had a higher rate.

His 3.5% interception rate was 30th in the league during Weeks 8-14 as the starter.

Winston is a volatile QB2 here.

Green Bay is allowing a league-low 5.9 yards per pass attempt and is ninth in passing points allowed per attempt (0.392).

They have allowed one top-10 scoring week to a passer this season for fantasy, with only two passers clearing 225 passing yards in a game against them.
