The Buccaneers are trying to win the NFC South for a fifth-straight season and pulled out a huge 23-20 win in Atlanta last week after the Falcons missed the game-tying field goal. The Texans are trying to win the AFC South for the third year running under DeMeco Ryans and C.J. Stroud, but the team had a tough 14-9 loss in Los Angeles last week. Here are how the current odds shape up from Bet365 for these teams' pursuit of repeating as division champs again:

- Texans' odds to win the 2025-26 AFC South: +170
That was obviously a huge win in Atlanta, but it's not like the Bucs dominated the game. The pass protection struggled a bit without Wirfs in the lineup, and he's not coming back for Monday night against arguably a stronger pass rush in Houston. The Bucs also had to score a late game-winning touchdown after the defense blew the lead on a marathon drive led by Michael Penix Jr.
The Texans had some fluky turnovers that hurt them against the Rams, but the offense could be rough this month with a completely new surrounding cast around C.J. Stroud. He is only familiar with Nico Collins and Dalton Schultz, as the Texans are working with a new play caller, and running back Joe Mixon is injured. But the costly turnovers prevented us from seeing what Stroud could do with the game on the line last week.
Expect Stroud to need to throw more, with Tampa shutting down the run thanks to Vita Vea's presence up front. But Tampa's running game didn't get much going against the Falcons, so we'll see if Baker Mayfield has to do more to win the game. It could be a tight game that goes down to the wire again.
Chargers vs. Raiders: Preview, Prediction & Best Bets
Frame it while you can because the Raiders and Chargers are tied with the Broncos for first place in the AFC West, as only the Chiefs failed to win in Week 1. Still, the Chargers have a much better chance of sustaining this and winning the AFC West for the first time since 2009, according to the latest odds from Bet365 on the AFC West division title race this year:

- Raiders' odds to win the 2025-26 AFC West: +1000
Props to Geno Smith for slinging the ball all over the field in New England last week without much help from his running game and Ashton Jeanty. Smith will have to do it again against a better defense in the Chargers, though the Chargers allowed Patrick Mahomes to make several highlight-worthy plays without his best receivers in Brazil. Smith could be missing tight end Brock Bowers (knee) in this one, but he's finding new weapons to work with, like Jakobi Meyers, and it was Tre Tucker who caught the first touchdown pass.
Meanwhile, Justin Herbert is coming off his first win against Mahomes since 2021 in an electrifying performance. He was excellent on the night, producing three 60-yard receivers. Now that Keenan Allen is back and Quentin Johnston is actually making big plays, this could be Herbert's best group of weapons yet. Herbert's legs are also an underrated part of his game and could be the key to pulling this one out if he's shifty enough to avoid sacks and scramble for first downs. We saw Smith go down on four sacks last week, so that's a difference in quarterback play to keep in mind for this one.
