Where can I find my betting recommendations?

Your betting recommendations will be emailed directly to you when they are released. If you purchased a texting package, they will also be texted to your cell phone.

You can also find them on the Dashboard page when you are logged into the site.

Where can I find my login credentials?

Your login credentials (email & password) are sent to you after your payment has gone through. If you do not receive them please contact our customer support email and we will sort that out for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through the email invoice you were sent after making the initial payment purchase. There is a link at the bottom of the email invoice labeled ‘Manage Subscriptions.’

Important: If you choose to cancel your weekly subscription, season-long or postseason package via our payment processors (PayPal & Stripe) or directly with your financial institution (credit card), our system will immediately revoke your access to your client dashboard and active recommendations.

When purchasing a weekly / monthly subscription when can I cancel?

Sharp Football’s weekly & monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time — however, please keep in mind that when a subscription is canceled the user’s access to the website is revoked immediately given our notification setup, billing and user management system.
