Quarterback

Dak Prescott (TRUST): Prescott has been hot these past two weeks, closing as the QB1 (31 points) and QB2 (28.3 points).

He has been a top-six scorer in three of his past four games.

Prescott has thrown 7 touchdowns these past two games, throwing for 8.0 Y/A and 8.2 Y/A in those outings against the Packers and Jets.

All without CeeDee Lamb.

The Panthers opened the year strong against the pass, but we were questioning their strength of schedule.

These past two weeks, they have allowed QB1 scoring weeks to Drake Maye (23.2 points) and Tua Tagovailoa (22.7 points).

With Carolina, we know what we are going to get from Ejiro Evero.

The Panthers deploy a high rate of Cover 3, using it on 45.7% of their defensive snaps (third in the league).

Against Cover 3 to open the year, Prescott has a 123.1 rating (third), completing a league-high 82.8% of his passes with a league-high 5 touchdowns.

Bryce Young: Young has finished higher than QB25 in just one of his opening five games.

He has cleared 200 passing yards just once so far.

Young’s 5.5 yards per pass attempt is 31st in the league, ahead of only Cam Ward (5.4 Y/A) and Joe Flacco (5.1 Y/A).

Young is not an option as a 1QB streamer.

If you have to make the case for him as a matchup-based streamer, he has a similar layout as he did a week ago, when he only managed 198 passing yards (6.6 Y/A) with 2 touchdowns against the Dolphins.

I dabbled with Young in some large-field DFS contests last week, and it didn't work out.

If you do need another pitch to go back to the well, the Cowboys are allowing a league-high 22.2 passing points per game.

Every quarterback they have faced has been the QB7 or better in weekly scoring, which includes Russell Wilson (30.3 points), Caleb Williams (29.1 points), and Justin Fields (25.9 points) if you need a real kicker to go back to Young.

Although the Cowboys have struggled on the back end, they have begun to generate a good amount of pressure.

They pressured Jordan Love on 41.3% of his dropbacks in Week 4 and then pressured Fields on 47.2% this past week.

When Young has been pressured, he has completed 47.3% of his passes (25th) for 5.1 yards per attempt (24th).
