Quarterback

Dak Prescott: Prescott threw for just 170 yards and 5.6 yards per pass attempt on Sunday night against the Colts. Both were his lowest totals in a game since returning in Week 7. Despite that, Prescott was able to salvage a QB13 scoring week with three touchdown passes. Prescott has now thrown multiple passing touchdowns in five straight games.

Prescott has only thrown more than 30 passes in one of his games since coming back from injury and is a good bet not to do so here. Opposing teams are averaging 24.4 pass attempts per game against Houston over their past 10 games.

Houston is allowing 7.5 yards per pass attempt (27th) and 12.3 yards per completion (31st), but the low volume faced based on Houston trailing for every second half snap since Week 5 forces passers to be hyper-efficient. As a byproduct, Houston has allowed just two QB1 scoring weeks this season.

We have six teams on bye and there is no matchup alarm that forces streaming for Prescott, but he is more of a back-end QB1 option.
