It played in a tougher conference than Toledo in the ACC, and it has the nation’s 15th-ranked passing offense. However, its run game struggled, and it only ranks 82nd, giving up an average of 26.8 ppg.
Toledo lost its last two games of the season, totaling only 21 points. It is led by its pass game and solid defense. While it won seven games, it was only 4-4 in MAC play when many picked it to win the conference title.
Both teams were only 1-4 ATS in their last five games. Pitt played a tougher schedule and has more offensive weapons, which is why they are the pick to win and cover.

Kansas State (8-4) is a 7-point favorite over Rutgers (7-5) with a total of 50.5.
Kansas State lost three of their last four games of the season. However, they have a great run game and their defense is solid. The big question is will the Wildcats be motivated for this game after they had playoff hopes being ranked 16th in the preseason polls?
Rutgers is just the opposite of Kansas State, as they have won three of their last four games. While not great on either side of the ball, they have decent defense and have scored 72 points in their last two games.
While only 4-8 ATS this season Kansas State played a tougher schedule and beat two Top 25 teams. Their 16th-ranked rushing offense will be too much for Toledo to handle, so Kansas State is the pick to win and cover.
