NFL Betting Lines Week 13: Spreads, Storylines & Betting Tips

The NFL has done a great job this year of giving us the best games right away on Thanksgiving with a star-studded triple-header of games that matter for the playoff races.

First up on Thanksgiving is the traditional Detroit game, scheduled for the early afternoon window. But these days, the Lions are back-to-back NFC North winners, and if they're going to pull off the three-peat, they'll need to take care of the Packers, who crushed them in Week 1. Then we'll see the Chiefs (6-5) in Dallas (5-5-1), where the offenses could be on display with Dak Prescott and Patrick Mahomes. Then at night, the Ravens host the Bengals in an important AFC North game that will see the return of quarterback Joe Burrow, who hasn't played since Week 2 because of turf toe.

On Black Friday, the NFL has lucked out that the Bears (8-3) vs. Eagles (8-3) has turned into a battle of division leaders with No. 1 seed implications at stake. The Bears had an impressive win against the Steelers last week, while the Eagles blew a 21-0 lead in Dallas. Given that Chicago has five comeback wins in the final 2:00 this year, don't be surprised if this one goes down to the wire, too.

On Sunday, the leftovers aren't too bad. In the early window, we'll see if Brock Purdy can avoid one of his worst games ever, like he had in 2023 in his trip to Cleveland, where Myles Garrett (18.0 sacks) is seeking the sack record, as the team starts Shedeur Sanders at quarterback again. We'll also get an important AFC South game between the Texans (6-5) and Colts (8-3), with Indy slumping while the Texans went 3-0 behind backup quarterback Davis Mills, with C.J. Stroud (concussion) expected to return to action for a big one.

In the late-afternoon window, the Buffalo at Pittsburgh matchup is the marquee AFC game, with both teams coming off losses. We'll see if the Bills can stop turning the ball over (nine times in the last three games), or if the Steelers can do it again by getting the ball back to Aaron Rodgers or Mason Rudolph, as the quarterback decision is up in the air.

On Sunday Night Football, they decided not to flex out Denver at Washington even though Jayden Daniels won't be playing for the 3-8 Commanders, who are slumping hard, while Denver (9-2) hasn't lost since September. Then on Monday night, we'll see if Jaxson Dart can return for the Giants against the Patriots, who have the NFL's best record at 10-2 with MVP candidate Drake Maye playing well.

That said, let's go through the NFL Week 13 lines with the latest odds and betting tidbits for each game. New customers can also earn thousands of dollars in the best NFL betting promos.
