– The Chiefs elevated Matthew Wright to the active roster with Harrison Butker questionable due to back spasms that popped up on Wednesday.

Wright spent two weeks with the Chiefs earlier this season, making three out of four field goal attempts, including a 59-yarder.

Mecole Hardman was activated from the IR prior to Wednesday’s deadline, but he is still questionable after being limited in practice.

With Skyy Moore already ruled out, Kadarius Toney could have an increased target share against the Raiders. The former Giant had four catches for 71 yards last week against the Broncos.

Josh Jacobs has been nursing injuries for the past month or so, but he’s been absent from practice the last two days due to personal reasons and is questionable heading into the weekend.

The Raiders have nothing to play for this week and Jacobs holds a 160-yard lead over Nick Chubb for the rushing title, so it wouldn’t be shocking to see him sit this one out.

Rookie Zamir White has just 16 carries all season and hasn’t played more than six snaps in any game.

– The Titans defense will get some reinforcements this week with Denico Autry expected to play. He sat out last Thursday’s game against the Cowboys.

He will have the benefit of lining up against backup left tackle Walker Little who has allowed six pressures in his two starts this season.

– The Titans will also welcome back Derrick Henry who was absent in Week 17 as well. Henry joins an offense currently commanded by Joshua Dobbs.

In the Titans last game against the Jaguars, Henry rushed for 121 yards on 17 carries. In his last two games at TIAA Bank Stadium, he’s carried the ball 55 times for 345 yards and five touchdowns.

Trevor Lawrence is once against questionable with his toe injury, however there is little doubt he will suit up on Saturday night.

In his last four games, Lawrence has averaged 7.85 yards per attempt and scored nine touchdowns while turning the ball over four times.

He sat out the fourth quarter of Jacksonville’s blowout win over Houston last week.

– In the first of many meaningless games this weekend, the Buccaneers are expected to play their healthy starters in an effort to build momentum toward the postseason.

However, it will be interesting to see how long Tom Brady is on the field with left tackle Donovan Smith ruled out with his foot injury. Smith was inactive in Week 16 but returned last week against the Panthers.

With backup Josh Wells already on the IR, Brandon Walton will step in to protect Brady’s blindside. Walton has played 176 snaps at left tackle this season, allowing one sack and five total pressures.

Hennessy was a third-round pick in 2020, but was moved to the bench after struggling at center last year. He’s played 112 snaps at guard this season, allowing two sacks and three total pressures.

O’Neill had allowed 24 pressures this season and was graded as the seventh-best tackle in the NFL by Pro Football Focus.

Oli Udoh filled in for O’Neill against the Packers last week and allowed one pressure on 32 pass blocking snaps. Udoh was the Vikings starting right guard last season, but has never started a game at right tackle in his four-year career.

Justin Fields will be inactive this week after sitting out of practice all week due to a hip injury. That means Nathan Peterman will get his first start since he was with the Bills in 2018.

Peterman is probably best-known for throwing five interceptions in one half in his first NFL start, but things didn’t go much better in his last start, ironically against Chicago.

He completed 63 percent of his passes, but threw three interceptions in the 41-9 loss. He has three touchdowns and 13 interceptions in his career.

Nick Foles will miss Week 18 after suffering a rib injury against the Giants last Sunday. He struggled in his two starts, throwing four interceptions and averaging just 5.3 yards per attempt.

The Colts will hand the reigns back to Sam Ehlinger who struggled so bad in his last start, Frank Reich was fired the next day.

Ehlinger did throw a meaningless touchdown against the Giants and completed nine of his 14 pass attempts for 60 years.

– With the Jets’ playoff hopes hanging by a thread, they will turn to Joe Flacco at quarterback.

Flacco started the first three games of the season for the Jets, completing 58 percent of his passes and throwing five touchdowns, but also turning the ball over six times. In his last start against the Dolphins in 2021, Flacco had a passer rating of 101.5 in a 24-17 loss.

– The Jets will also be down three starting offensive linemen with Duane Brown, Nate Herbig and George Fant all ruled out.

Laurent Duvernay-Tardif could start at right guard for Herbig after allowing nine pressures against the Seahawks last week, but he’s also questionable. Dan Feeney is the only other healthy interior lineman.

Mike Remmers and Cedric Ogbuehi should be the team’s starting tackles. Ogbuehi played 58 snaps at right tackle last week, but hasn’t seen extended time at left tackle since 2017.

Remmers has played just five snaps for the Jets this season and last played left tackle in 2020, he was the Panthers full-time left tackle back in 2016.

Greg Little will be tasked with blocking Thompson’s blindside with Terron Armstead doubtful with four injuries.

The Dolphins have allowed pressure on 46 percent of their quarterback’s dropbacks when Armstead isn’t on the field. Little allowed three sacks and 11 total pressures in his first start at left tackle in Week 6.

Against the Eagles last week, Andrews allowed one sack and four pressures in 33 pass-blocking snaps. Prior to that, he had allowed just two pressures in 202 total snaps, most of which were played at center.

– With Paulson Adebo ruled out, Alontae Taylor will be back in the starting lineup after playing zero snaps against the Eagles. He previously made eight starts while Marshon Lattimore was injured.

The 2022 second-round pick has been great in coverage this season, allowing no completions longer than 20 yards and zero touchdowns. He has eight pass breakups and has allowed a passer rating of 59.2 when targeted in coverage.

Jalen Hurts is officially questionable for Sunday, however most indications are he will suit up for the regular season finale after missing the last two games with a sprained throwing shoulder.

The Eagles need a win to lock up the NFC East title and the top seed in the conference.

Hurts threw two touchdowns and posted a passer rating of 109.2 in the Eagles’ last game against the Giants. He added 77 rushing yards on seven carries in the 48-22 victory.

– Safety CJ Gardner-Johnson could also return this week after missing five games with a lacerated kidney. He was designated to return from the IR on Wednesday.

The Eagles cut Sua Opeta on Friday, opening a roster spot, but that might go to Brett Kern with Aaryn Siposs still on the IR. Kern has already used his three call-ups from the practice squad and needs to be added to the active roster if he wants to punt this weekend.
