- Tennessee is averaging -103.5 fewer passing yards than their opponents, the worst margin in the league.
- Arizona is averaging -90.8 fewer passing yards than their opponents, 31st in the league.
- 16.5% of Arizona's plays on offense have gained 10 or more yards, ranking 26th in the league.
- 14.8% of Tennessee's plays on offense have gained 10 or more yards, ranking 29th in the league.
- The Titans have 21 fewer plays of 15 or more yards than their opponents, the worst differential in the league.
- The Titans are averaging 17.7 yards per possession, the fewest through four games for a team since the 2018 Bills (17.0 yards per drive).
- 58.7% of Tennessee's sets of downs have reached third down, the highest rate in the league.
- When the Titans have reached third down, they have converted at a league-low 27.8% (15 of 54).
- 37% of Tennessee's sets of downs have resulted in third and long (needing 7 or more yards), the highest rate in the league.
- 30.3% of Arizona's sets of downs have resulted in third-and-long, 31st in the league. The league average is 23.2%.

Quarterback
Kyler Murray: Four weeks into the season, and Murray has yet to deliver a QB1 scoring week.
Murray is only averaging 5.7 yards per pass attempt, which ranks 29th in the league.
That is ahead of only Spencer Rattler, Bryce Young, Joe Flacco, and Cam Ward.
The approach for Arizona's offense this season has been unusual.
They have the highest pass rate in the league in neutral game situations (70.6%).
The Cardinals have the highest dropback rate on first down so far (58.6%).
On those first down dropbacks, Murray has:
- 67.4% completion rate (21st)
- 4.8 yards per pass attempt (32nd)
- 4.9 air yards per attempt (29th)
- 7.2 yards per completion (32nd)
- 15.2% first down rate (31st)
- 11.5% sack rate (30th)
Murray is averaging 3.7 rushing points per game, which has saved some floor outcomes and turned them into viable QB2 outings.
As bad as things have been to open the year for Murray, the Tennessee defense gives him plenty of matchup appeal as a fringe QB1 option this week.
The Titans are 26th in pressure rate (32.4%) and 30th in sack rate (3.1%).
They have allowed a 69.8% completion rate (27th), 7.4 yards per pass attempt (23rd), and a 4.8% touchdown rate (17th).
The only drawback to this being such a good matchup is that Tennessee has not been able to push anyone to keep passing because they are also weak against the run and struggle to score.
As bad as Tennessee has been per play, they have allowed only one QB1 scoring week despite facing Bo Nix, Matthew Stafford, Daniel Jones, and C.J. Stroud.
Cam Ward: Sunday was another rough game for Ward and this passing game.
He completed 10 of 26 passes (38.5%) for 108 yards (4.2 Y/A) with an interception.
Ward has ended his first month in the NFL as QB32, QB27, QB22, and QB32 in weekly scoring.
I don’t need to harp down on him statistically here because Ward is a lower-end QB2 option.
We also do not know if Calvin Ridley will be available this week.
Ridley has not been good, but this offense is starved for viable playmakers.
Arizona has allowed a 63.7% completion rate (11th), 6.4 yards per pass attempt (10th), and a 2.9% touchdown rate (5th) to opposing passers.
