We have just four teams still alive in the 2022 NFL season, and unsurprisingly, they are all very healthy.
In a game of attrition, health could be the difference between wins and losses at this point of the schedule. Here's where every team stands as we enter Conference Championship Weekend:

– Christian McCaffrey is expected to play after fully participating in Friday's practice. He sat out earlier in the week due to a calf injury, although that was considered mostly precautionary.
The outlook isn't as hopeful for Elijah Mitchell who is questionable after sitting out every practice this week due to a groin injury.
Mitchell had 14 carries against the Cowboys, rushing for just 51 yards in the win. In his only career game against the Eagles, Mitchell had 17 carries for 42 yards in a 17-11 win.

– A.J. Brown tweaked his hip against the Giants last week, but appears to be fine after not appearing on any injury reports this week.
Brown was a non-factor against the Giants, catching just three passes for 22 yards, but he’s bounced back for at least five catches and 60 yards every time he’s been held to under 50 yards this season.
– Lane Johnson will continue to play despite having a tear in his groin. He didn’t allow a single pressure in 27 pass-blocking snaps and still hasn’t allowed a sack since Week 11 of 2020 and hasn’t allowed a quarterback hit since Week 7 of last season.
This week will be perhaps his toughest matchup with Nick Bosa lining up on the other side of the line of scrimmage.
However, Bosa hasn't posted his usual gaudy numbers in recent weeks, pressuring the quarterback just six times and recording one sack over the last three weeks.

– Both Jonah Williams and Alex Cappa will be inactive again after sitting out of practice all week.
The Bengals didn’t allow a sack against the Bills, but left tackle Jackson Carman did allow a quarterback hit. Cappa’s replacement, Max Scharping allowed three pressures.
Right tackle Hakeem Adeniji allowed a team-high five pressures and has now allowed 15 total pressures in four games at right tackle.
Joe Burrow did a great job of getting the ball out before the Bills’ pressure could get to him, averaging just 2.4 seconds per dropback and averaging 7.0 air yards per attempt.

– High ankle sprains usually require six weeks of recovery, but Patrick Mahomes will be on the field against the Bengals after getting injured last week against the Jaguars.
When the Bengals and Chiefs played earlier this season, Mahomes held on to the ball for 3.18 seconds per dropback, but was pressured just seven times and sacked once.
He averages 7.3 yards per attempt on passes that travel less than 10 yards beyond the line of scrimmage, which is tied with Hurts for the NFL lead.
– Travis Kelce was a late addition to the injury report this week, and is questionable with a back injury. However, considering he was still a full participant in Friday's practice, it would be a surprise if he doesn't suit up against the Bengals.
Kelce has 50 more targets than any other Chiefs receiver and played well against the Bengals in the playoffs last season, catching 10 of 11 targets for 95 yards and a touchdown.
