Trust = spike production for that player
Bust = down-week production for that player’s standards

Quarterback

Jalen Hurts: Hurts continues to get there for fantasy by the time the smoke settles. He is the only quarterback to end each week as a QB1 scorer in all seven games and the only one to score 20 or more fantasy points in each game. It has not been pretty of late, as Hurts has completed just 53.6% of his passes for 5.7 yards per pass attempt over the past three weeks, but 52.5% of his points scored have stemmed via rushing production over that span to elevate his floor.

This week, Hurts has his best passing matchup of the season, facing a Detroit defense that is last in the NFL in expected points added via their pass defense and they are allowing the most passing points per attempt in the league. The one question here compared to how Hurts has accrued his fantasy points to date is that if there is a need for the “hair on fire” fourth quarter frantic scoring blitz he has lived on to date. That said, Hurts should have an efficiency spike throwing the football against this Detroit defense paired with his weekly rushing ability to turn in a high floor performance with upside.
