Quarterback

Marcus Mariota: Mariota only threw the ball 20 times for 131 yards and a touchdown, but he managed to tack on 25 yards and a rushing touchdown to provide another serviceable line (17.7 points). Mariota has just two weeks this season finishing higher than QB9, but he also has just two weeks finishing lower than QB19. He is a steady floor-based QB2 that is capped by his offense

As long as the Falcons keep winning, we are unlikely to see the team make a move, although I do believe we will see Desmond Ridder before the smoke clears on the 2022 season. That won’t be here, however.

Washington has faced one of the lightest quarterback schedules this season and Mariota fits right in. They have allowed a 5.1% touchdown rate (29th) to those passers to keep the doors open for some efficiency while Jalen Hurts and Davis Mills each have a rushing touchdown against Washington the past two weeks.
