What a wild finish to Week 11.

It seems like my leagues were cloned and the scoring by myself and fellow league mates was just stamped from league to league. Very few teams with high scores, and many fell into the same range where winning and losing came down to the final drive of the final quarter on Monday Night Football.

It almost had a playoff atmosphere, as winning or losing (and more importantly the scores it took to do so) had a major impact on which teams advanced and which teams fell short.

Of the fifteen mid-stakes leagues I play in that made Week 11 the end of their “first season”, I had five teams advance. Not what I hoped for, but I’m told it’s a respectable number.

In dynasty it was even more dramatic, as “victory points” were leaping from team to team with each scoring update. In many leagues, the difference between a “bottom four” or a “top four” score came right down to the wire and just a single handful of points would have been enough to jump from one group to the other.

An excellent taste of the drama and excitement that the coming weeks have in store.
