- The Ravens and Jets are tied for the most runs of 20-plus yards in the league (11).
- 3% of the Jets' yardage has come via rushing, the highest rate in the league.
- 1% of the Ravens' yardage has come via rushing, second in the league.
- The Jets are allowing 2.85 points per drive on the road, 31st in the league.

Quarterback
Lamar Jackson (TRUST): Jackson has had a couple of down weeks, finishing as the QB14 (16.6 points) and QB29 (4.7 points).
He has only completed 58.6% and 56% of his passes the past two weeks against the Vikings and Browns.
We have talked about this a few times, but Jackson has issues with Cover 0 and man blitzes.
Over the past two games, he is 2 of 8 for 21 yards against Cover 0 and 6 of 12 for 75 yards (6.3 Y/A) against man coverage blitzes.
Jackson’s three worst games this season have come against opponents capable of running those effectively (Chiefs, Vikings, Browns).
Therein lies the key here.
The Jets like to do those things but are not particularly good at them.
New York blitzes 28.8% of the time (8th).
They play man coverage on 62.4% of their blitzes (7th).
The last team Jackson faced that was aggressive but not effective was Miami.
In that game, Jackson threw 3 touchdowns against man coverage and was 8 of 10 for 70 yards and 2 touchdowns when blitzed.
The Jets are 29th in passing points allowed per attempt (0.518).
Even with two down weeks, Jackson is first in passing points per attempt (0.649).
Over the past three weeks without Sauce Gardner, the Jets have allowed top-10 scoring weeks to Joe Flacco (24.3 points), Dillon Gabriel (20.1 points), and Drake Maye (15.4 points).
The Jets are also 25th in rushing yards allowed to quarterbacks (23.5 per game).
Tyrod Taylor: Taylor was already declared the starter for Sunday.
Taylor made a start back in Week 3 in Tampa Bay, completing 26 of 36 passes for 197 yards (5.5 Y/A) with 2 touchdowns and an interception.
He added 48 yards rushing, closing that week as the QB10 (16.7 points).
He was the average QB13 in fantasy scoring over his complete games with the Giants in 2023, averaging 17.1 points and 29.6 rushing yards per game.
Taylor is not a high-ceiling player, but he is a more stable passer than Justin Fields and has rushing ability.
I think of Taylor as not being far from what we have received from Marcus Mariota as a floor-based QB2.
This is not an overly desirable spot as a road underdog, and the Baltimore defense is playing well to push things too greatly beyond that.
Baltimore has allowed a 60.6% completion percentage (5th), 6.7 yards per pass attempt (9th), and a 3% touchdown rate (4th) over their past six games.
They have had a light run facing the Browns and J.J. McCarthy the past two weeks, but they also held Tua Tagovailoa, Caleb Williams, and Matthew Stafford below their seasonal output during that stretch.
Even if applying a grain of salt to this recent surge for the Baltimore defense, Taylor and the Jets offense are adjacent to some of the weaker points of that schedule.
