Biggest NFL Week 15 Injuries:
Patrick Mahomes Injury Update
Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes suffered a knee injury after taking an awkward step late in Sunday's game against the Chargers.
After lying on the field, Mahomes gingerly walked himself to the blue medical tent and was replaced by Gardner Minshew.
Following the game, Adam Schefter reported that Mahomes has torn his ACL and will miss the remainder of the season.
With the Chiefs officially out of the playoffs, they probably would have shut down Mahomes even if it was a minor injury, but the recovery from an ACL injury could bleed into next season.
Micah Parsons Injury Update
Packers EDGE Micah Parsons left Sunday's game after suffering a non-contact knee injury late in the second half.
Parsons was able to walk off the field and into the locker room on his own power, but it was later confirmed he suffered a torn ACL.
It is a major blow to a Packers team that is fighting to make the playoffs and has the Bears and Ravens next up on the schedule.
Davante Adams Injury Update
Rams WR Davante Adams suffered a hamstring injury in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Lions.
Adams pulled up and grabbed at the back of his leg while running down a deep pass and immediately walked back to the locker room.
The veteran was questionable heading into this game with a hamstring injury that he presumably aggravated on this play.
The Rams also saw Puka Nacua go down with an injury, but he was just dealing with cramps, according to the team.
Christian Watson Injury Update
Packers WR Christian Watson suffered a chest injury late in the third quarter on Sunday against the Broncos and was immediately ruled out for the rest of the game.
Watson was injured going for a pass that ended up being intercepted by Pat Surtain II.
In four seasons, Watson has yet to play a full year without getting injured.
He missed the first six games of 2025 recovering from a torn ACL he suffered at the end of 2024.
RJ Harvey Injury Update
Broncos RB RJ Harvey left the game late against the Packers because of a rib injury.
There we no major updates after the game, so this is one to watch as practice reports start coming out later in the week.
With J.K. Dobbins out for the season, the Broncos would likely turn to Jaleel McLaughlin if Harvey is forced to miss time.
Woody Marks Injury Update
Texans rookie RB Woody Marks exited Sunday's game with an ankle injury and never returned.
Prior to the injury, Marks carried the ball 7 times for 30 yards.
After the game, Marks told reporters he could have returned, but was held out for precautionary reasons as the Texans cruised to a 40-20 win over the Cardinals.
Rome Odunze Injury Update
Bears WR Rome Odunze was initially ruled active for Sunday's game, but he aggravated the stress fracture in his foot during pregame warmups and sat out the contest.
The second-year player has been the Bears' leading receiver all season.
He was limited in practice this week leading up to the game.
With Odunze out, rookie Luther Burden led the Bears on Sunday with 6 catches and 84 yards, but he also left with an ankle injury.
Other Notable Week 15 Injuries
- Cardinals RB Bam Knight suffered a sprained ankle against the Texans. He is not expected to play in Week 16, and it is possible he is done for the year with just three weeks left to play.
- The Packers had a bad enough day on the injury front before losing RT Zach Tom to a knee injury.
- Saints RB Devin Neal left with a hamstring injury. Neal was filling in for an injured Alvin Kamara. WR Devaughn Vele also left with a shoulder injury.
- Bucs CB Zyon McCollum left Thursday night's game with a hip injury.
- Vikings RT Brian O'Neill suffered an ankle injury on Sunday night. The Vikings were already without LT Christian Darrisaw.
- Jaguars RB Bhayshul Tuten suffered a finger injury in Week 15.
- 49ers WR Ricky Pearsall played through an ankle injury he suffered early against the Titans, but he left the game late with a knee injury.
