Biggest NFL Week 4 Injuries:

Tyreek Hill Injury Update

Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill had to be carted off the field in the first half of Monday night's game with a gruesome left leg injury.

Hill's leg got twisted up on a sideline tackle and he was immediately taken to the locker room.

While we don't have any updates yet, it would be shocking if he returns anytime soon or even this season.

Lamar Jackson Injury Update

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson exited in the second half on Sunday after suffering a hamstring injury.

He was replaced by Cooper Rush under center, and John Harbaugh did not have an update on Jackson following the game.

Elsewhere in Baltimore, key starters Ronnie Stanley, Marlon Humphrey, Roquan Smith, and Nate Wiggins all exited early as well due to injury.

If Humphrey (calf) and Wiggins (elbow) miss time, the Ravens will be without their top two cornerbacks.

Stanley went down with an ankle injury, which is concerning considering he has suffered at least six ankle injuries and has had three ankle surgeries in his NFL career.

Malik Nabers Injury Update

Giants star receiver Malik Nabers had to be carted off the field after suffering what looked to be a knee injury when going up for a contested catch against the Chargers.

Nabers stayed down on the field for a while holding his knee, and he seemed to be in a lot of pain as he was driven to the locker room.

According to Adam Schefter, Nabers will get an MRI on Monday, but the Giants fear the wide receiver has torn his ACL.

Joe Alt Injury Update

The Chargers lost left tackle Joe Alt in the first quarter on Sunday after he was carted to the locker room to be evaluated for an ankle injury.

Los Angeles is already down Rashawn Slater for the season after he suffered a torn patellar tendon in training camp.

The hope is Alt can return this season, and it might be a high ankle sprain, but we will know more after his MRI results.

Ricky Pearsall Injury Update

Ricky Pearsall popped up on the 49ers' injury report this week with a knee injury and then exited Sunday's game in the third quarter due to a knee injury.

Pearsall told reporters after the game that he was testing his knee and trying to get back in the game, but he felt “pain and instability” after returning for one snap.

The 49ers also saw fellow receiver Jauan Jennings go down with a rib injury, but he was able to return to the game.

Darnell Mooney Injury Update

Darnell Mooney missed all of training camp due to a shoulder injury and made his 2025 debut last week.

However, Mooney exited the game on Sunday in the third quarter after injuring his hamstring.

Raheem Morris didn't have an update on Mooney following the game, so we will have to monitor the first practice reports when they come out later this week.
