Biggest NFL Week 9 Injuries:

Travis Hunter Injury Update

The Jaguars put rookie Travis Hunter on the IR this week after he suffered a non-contact knee injury during practice on Thursday.

After initial reports seemed ominous, the Jaguars announced that Hunter's ACL is intact and while there isn't any plan for his return right now, he could be back at some point this season.

Hunter has gotten more time on offense this season, playing over 300 snaps as a wide receiver compared to just 162 on the defensive side of the ball.

Week 7 was Hunter's best game as a pro as he set career highs with 8 catches and 101 receiving yards while also recording his first touchdown.

Other Notable Week 9 Injuries

  • Dolphins RB Ollie Gordon suffered an ankle injury on Thursday night and never returned to the game. Miami also lost EDGE Chop Robinson to a concussion.
