Super Bowl 59 Prediction: Patrick Mahomes Over 6.5 Rush Attempts (+110)

Mahomes has always been dangerous in the postseason, but this year, his scrambling ability has reached another level.

His regular-season scramble rate sat at 6%, but in the playoffs, that number has skyrocketed to 15%, showing just how much more he's relied on his legs when the stakes are highest.

That’s led to him exceeding 6.5 rushing attempts in every postseason game this year, and in a matchup against the Eagles' relentless pass rush, there's no reason to believe that trend won’t continue.

Since making his playoff debut in 2018, Mahomes leads all players in postseason scramble yards (575), first downs (36), and touchdowns (4).

No other player has more than 1 touchdown on a scramble in that span.

When the moment gets bigger, Mahomes takes over — not just with his arm but with his ability to extend plays and punish defenses with his legs.

Against Vic Fangio’s defense, which prioritizes limiting deep shots, there will be room underneath for Mahomes to exploit.

Philadelphia’s front will bring the pressure, forcing Mahomes to move, and if they focus too much on coverage, he’ll take what’s available with his legs.

He’s already averaging 9 rushing attempts per game this postseason, and with the Eagles’ pass rush collapsing the pocket, scrambling will be his go-to counter.

On the biggest stage, Mahomes has also proven himself historically, holding the record for the most scramble yards in Super Bowl history (158), ahead of legends like Joe Montana and John Elway.

In a rematch with a three-peat on the line, trust Mahomes to do what he does best — elevate his game when it matters most.

Super Bowl 59 Prediction: Harrison Butker Over 7.5 Kicking Points (-115)

The Chiefs’ kicker has been one of the most reliable in the NFL, and when the lights shine brightest, he delivers.

Backed by consistency, game script, and matchup dynamics, this could be one of the best wagers of the Super Bowl.

Kansas City's offense has been efficient but not always dominant in the red zone, often stalling just outside the end zone — an area where Butker thrives.

He’s made multiple field goals in every playoff game this year and has been automatic in the postseason throughout his career.

Since the start of the 2022 playoffs, he has averaged 9.4 kicking points per game and is a perfect 100% this postseason.

Against a Vic Fangio-led Eagles defense that prioritizes bending but not breaking, Kansas City may find itself settling for field goals instead of touchdowns.

Philadelphia has been one of the best teams at forcing opponents into tough red-zone situations, which means more opportunities for Butker to convert.

Historically, Butker has stepped up in the Super Bowl.

Last year against the Eagles, he hit the game-winner and finished with 9 total points.

In four Super Bowls, he holds the record for most kicker points (37) including 11 against Philadelphia in Super Bowl LVII.

This is a strong bet given his postseason consistency, Super Bowl experience, and the matchup dynamics.

Super Bowl 59 Prediction: Noah Gray Over 1.5 Receptions (+110), Ladder

  • 3+ (+300)
  • 4+ (+900)

This is now a Noah Gray fan account.

While much of the focus will remain on Travis Kelce, the combination of Gray’s efficiency, the Eagles’ defensive tendencies, and Kansas City’s likely game script makes this a plus-money prop worth serious consideration.

A ladder? Risky, but it comes with merit.

Despite limited target volume, Gray’s elite 84.6% catch rate (seventh best) makes him one of Mahomes’ most reliable secondary options.

His knack for finding soft spots in zone coverage and thriving in Kansas City’s quick-passing attack (6.3 air yards per attempt) makes him a prime target against an aggressive Eagles pass rush.

Gray’s late-season surge, including 4 touchdowns in Weeks 11-12, suggests Mahomes trusts him in key moments.

With Philadelphia expected to double-team Kelce, Gray could see more opportunities in 12 personnel (two TE sets).

The Eagles defense excels against wide receivers but has allowed 5 receptions per game to tight ends this season.

While they didn’t surrender a single TE touchdown, their zone-heavy scheme (19th in success rate vs. TEs) presents an exploitable weakness for someone like Gray.

Factor in Philadelphia’s pass rush, and Mahomes will likely prioritize quick, short-area throws, where Gray thrives.

The Eagles' defensive attention on Kelce creates natural openings for him to sneak through underneath coverage.

Historically, Kansas City spreads the ball more in playoff matchups, and with Philadelphia’s elite outside cornerbacks neutralizing receivers, Gray could see an uptick in usage.

A recent dip in volume? Sure — just 6 targets in the last 5 games — but playoff adjustments, the Eagles’ focus on Kelce, and Mahomes’ need for a quick release set up a perfect game script for Gray.

Next Gen Stats show Mahomes leads the NFL in QBR (88.6), completion rate (83%), and TD-INT ratio (14-0) on throws under 2.5 seconds since Week 8.

That’s exactly where Gray operates.

Given the Chiefs’ offensive scheme, Mahomes' quick-passing efficiency, and Gray’s elite catch rate, over 1.5 receptions (+110) is a calculated wager with clear value.

Super Bowl 59 Prediction: Noah Gray 1+ Touchdown (+500)

Here’s what I see happening.

It’s third and goal, and the Eagles defense is locked in on Travis Kelce, bracing for the inevitable Patrick Mahomes connection.

But Mahomes, ever the magician, scans the field and finds his overlooked weapon — Noah Gray.

The Chiefs' backup tight end slips through traffic, drifting toward the back of the end zone.

Mahomes rolls right, fakes a dart to Kelce, then lofts a soft pass over the outstretched hands of a linebacker.

Gray snags it clean, two feet down. Touchdown, Chiefs.

This is a “fun” bet, not a lock. Kelce is Mahomes’ go-to red zone target, but at +500, Gray is worth a sprinkle.

It’s the Super Bowl. Let’s have some fun!
