Arizona Cardinals Injuries

Running back James Conner hasn’t been active since Week 5, but Kliff Kingsbury considers him currently day-to-day as he heals from a rib injury.

The team has upped their rushing efficiency from 4.27 to 4.54 yards per carry since Conner went down,  but Eno Benjamin managed just 22 yards on nine carries against the Vikings on Sunday.

The news isn’t as positive for center Rodney Hudson, who has already been ruled out for next week. The three-time Pro Bowler hasn’t played since injuring his knee back in Week 4.

Billy Price struggled in his second start of the season on Sunday, allowing a pair of sacks, albeit in 61 pass-blocking snaps.

Atlanta Falcons Injuries

The Falcons enter Week 8 with a banged-up secondary that is missing three of its four starters. Casey Hayward is on the IR while AJ Terrell and Jaylinn Hawkins were both inactive against the Panthers.

Things could’ve been even worse on Sunday, but Dee Alford was active after being considered questionable and Cornell Armstrong only missed a few snaps after he left with an injury.

Armstrong did allow 79 yards on four completions, but was targeted a team-high nine times.

Baltimore Ravens Injuries

Rashod Bateman is expected to miss multiple weeks after aggravating his foot injury on Thursday night against the Buccaneers. Bateman had previously been questionable with the injury and now a trip to IR might be imminent.

The Ravens’ offense currently ranks sixth in points per drive thanks to their rushing attack that averages 5.7 yards per carry.

Devin Duvernay and Demarcus Robinson are the next two receivers on the depth chart. Robinson had his best game as a Raven on Thursday, catching six passes for 64 yards.

As for Mark Andrews, his shoulder injury isn’t that concerning, and he could return as soon as this week.

Buffalo Bills Injuries

Safety Jordan Poyer injured his elbow last night and there is still no timetable for his return. The All-Pro previously missed most of training camp with an elbow injury.

With fellow safety Micah Hyde done for the year due to a neck injury, the Bills could try to add help to the back end of their defense before Tuesday’s trade deadline.

As for now, Damar Hamlin and Jaquan Johnson are the only healthy safeties on the roster.

Carolina Panthers Injuries

Center Pat Elflein will undergo season-ending hip surgery. Bradley Bozeman has started the past two games at center and has yet to allow a sack or quarterback hit.

In better news, running back Chuba Hubbard told reporters he expects to play this week after sitting out Week 8 due to an ankle injury. Hubbard rushed for 63 yards on nine carries before his injury last week.

After having just 12 carries for 37 yards in the Panthers’ first six games, D’Onta Foreman has made the most of his extra playing time recently, rushing 41 times for 236 yards and also scoring three touchdowns against the Falcons.

Chicago Bears Injuries

Former Bengal Riley Reiff got his first start as a Bear on Sunday with Larry Borom inactive due to a concussion. The right tackle did not allow a sack, but did get blamed for a quarterback hit and one additional pressure.

The Bears better hope Justin Fields can stay clean on Sunday against the Dolphins. The second-year QB’s completion percentage drops from 67% to 43% when pressured this season.

Cincinnati Bengals Injuries

Cornerback Chidobe Awuzie was carted to the locker room on Monday night after suffering a knee injury. Unfortunately, the outlook doesn’t seem good with Awuzie wearing a cast following the game.

Cameron Taylor-Britt and Dax Hill finished the game as the Bengals two cornerbacks with Eli Apple ruled inactive and Tre Flowers out by the end of the game due to a hamstring injury.

Cleveland Browns Injuries

The Browns finally placed Joe Haeg on the IR after he was inactive for every game since Week 2 due to a concussion. Haeg played just one snap for Cleveland this season.

Also inactive on Monday night were defenders Denzel Ward and Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah.

Dallas Cowboys Injuries

Ezekiel Elliott expects to return to the field following the Cowboys’ Week 9 bye. He was inactive on Sunday due to a thigh injury.

Tony Pollard had a career day against the Bears, rushing for 131 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries.

Defenders Anthony Barr and Donovan Wilson were both injured in the win.

Denver Broncos Injuries

Graham Glasgow finished Sunday’s win at center with Lloyd Cushenberry ruled out due to a hip injury.

Glasgow previously made four starts at right guard for the Broncos earlier this season. He has allowed just one sack and seven total pressures this season.

Detroit Lions Injuries

D’Andre Swift returned for the first time since Week 3, but struggled to make an impact during his limited time on the field.

Swift played just 33 offensive snaps and rushed for six yards on five carries. He was more productive in the passing game, catching five passes for 27 yards and a touchdown.

Even though Jamaal Williams played fewer snaps than Swift, he finished with three more touchdowns and rushed for a pair of touchdowns.

Green Bay Packers Injuries

Elgton Jenkins was a surprise inactive on Sunday after his foot was stepped on during practice late last week. Yosh Nijman got the start at right tackle and allowed one sack and an additional pressure.

As for the wide receivers, Romeo Doubs and Sammy Watkins led the team in routes run with Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb both inactive.

Doubs had four catches for 62 yards, but Watkins had just one target, completing the lone catch for three yards. Christian Watson had one catch as well, but was limited to six snaps due to a hamstring injury.

Houston Texans Injuries

The Texans were down to their third-string right guard at the moment with A.J. Cann inactive due to an illness and Justin McCray out early due to a concussion.

With a Thursday game against the Eagles on the horizon, Cann was a limited participant in Monday’s practice while McCray sat out the session.

K.C. McDermott allowed a sack and three pressures in 15 pass blocking snaps against the Titans.

Indianapolis Colts Injuries

The Colts will be without edge rusher Tyquan Lewis for the rest of the season after he tore his patellar tendon in Sunday’s loss to the Commanders.

He has just one sack, but does rank third on the team in total pressures through eight games.

The Colts hope Kwity Paye can return this week to start opposite Yannick Ngakoue this week against the Patriots. Paye been absent since Week 5, but has three sacks and 14 pressures in 137 pass rushing snaps.

Jacksonville Jaguars Injuries

Tre Herndon has been elevated to the starting lineup with Shaquill Griffin on IR, but he has struggled, allowing 29 yards per completion this season.

Herndon was torched for 85 yards on just two completions in the loss to Denver on Sunday morning.

Kansas City Chiefs Injuries

Tight end Blake Bell could return after resting up during the Chiefs’ bye week. Bell hasn’t played this season due to a hip injury and has spent most of the year recovering on IR.

Las Vegas Raiders Injuries

Darren Waller is considered day-to-day after being inactive on Sunday due to a hamstring injury. Josh McDaniels made a point to emphasize on Monday just how cautious the team will be during his recovery after the latest setback.

Backup Foster Moreau has garnered a 21 percent target share with Waller sidelined, but his nine catches have gone for just 59 yards.

Los Angeles Chargers Injuries

Both Keenan Allen and Mike Williams were absent for the second half of the Chargers’ last game, but even after the bye, neither one was on the practice field on Monday.

Williams is expected to miss at least a few more weeks, but Allen’s hamstring has been bothering him since Week 1. Joshua Palmer was also inactive in Week 7 and that leaves DeAndre Carter as the top healthy receiver on the roster.

Carter has 19 catches for 229 yards this season, but has not surpassed 4 yards in a game since Week 2.

Los Angeles Rams Injuries

2021 receiving champ Cooper Kupp is considered day-to-day after suffering a sprained ankle against the 49ers on Sunday. He currently ranks second in the NFL in targets and receptions.

If Kupp misses any time, it would be a tough blow for a passing offense that ranks 30th in passing touchdowns and 26th in net yards per attempt.

Van Jefferson did return from IR on Sunday, but did not receive a target despite running 23 routes.

However, Allen Robinson has posted his best two games of the season in the past two weeks, catching 10 passes for 117 yards and a touchdown.

Miami Dolphins Injuries

Left guard Liam Eichenberg will be forced to miss some time after suffering an MCL injury in the win over Detroit on Sunday. He didn’t allow a single pressure to the Lions, his first clean game of the season.

Robert Jones could be in line for his second NFL start after replacing Eichenberg on Sunday. Jones started in Week 18 last year for the Dolphins at right tackle, but has only 25 snaps of experience at left guard in the NFL.

Minnesota Vikings Injuries

Adam Thielen suffered a scary-looking leg injury in the second quarter on Sunday, but it is only considered a knee bruise right now and he’s classified as day-to-day after returning to the game.

On a more negative note, Irv Smith Jr. is considered week-to-week due to his ankle injury.

Smith is third on the Vikings in targets, but he is 23rd among NFL tight ends in catches resulting in first downs.

Johnny Mundt is the only healthy tight end on Minnesota’s roster. He has 12 catches for 76 yards this season.

New England Patriots Injuries

DeVante Parker is second in the NFL in yards per reception, but he will miss some time after suffering a sprained knee against the Jets on Sunday.

Parker’s injury could open up some targets for rookie second-round pick Tyquan Thornton who has just eight catches for 76 yards since making his NFL debut back in Week 5.

New Orleans Saints Injuries

The Saints had one of the most impressive games of the weekend, shutting out the Raiders, 24-0.

Perhaps most impressive was the performance of rookie Alontae Taylor, who was starting at cornerback for the injured Marshon Lattimore.

Taylor was targeted 10 times by Derek Carr, but allowed just four completions for 34 yards.

New York Giants Injuries

The hits keep coming to the Giants’ receiving corps. With Kenny Golladay still out and Kadarius Toney now playing in Kansas City, New York suffered another injury, this one a concussion to slot receiver/returner Richie James.

James had a forgettable afternoon otherwise against the Seahawks, failing to catch a pass and losing a pair of fumbles on returns.

Tyre Phillips started at right tackle for the injured Evan Neal and allowed one sack and one additional pressure, an improvement on the four pressures he allowed in limited action the week prior.

New York Jets Injuries

Corey Davis is considered day-to-day after sitting out Sunday’s loss due to a foot injury.

Denzel Mims was second on the team in routes run and caught a 63-yard pass, finishing the day with two catches for 76 yards.

Even Davis being out couldn’t help disgruntled receiver Elijah Moore. Moor wasn’t targeted on Sunday and played just 10 snaps all afternoon.

Philadelphia Eagles Injuries

Rookie defensive tackle Jordan Davis suffered a high ankle sprain on Sunday and is expected to miss 4-6 weeks.

The 340-pounder has played just 33% of the Eagles’ defensive snaps, but has had a huge impact on early-down runs. Philadelphia has allowed 5.1 yards per carry, but with Davis on the field that number drops to 3.9 yards per carry.

The Eagles have a deep interior defensive line rotation with Fletcher Cox, Javon Hargrave, and Marlon Williams all capable of stepping up,  but none of them have the size of Davis to clog up the middle in odd-man fronts.

Pittsburgh Steelers Injuries

Edge rusher T.J. Watt was designated to return from IR this week, but wasn’t ready to play on Sunday.

San Francisco 49ers Injuries

The 49ers were forced to play without Deebo Samuel on Sunday, but Christian McCaffrey proved to be a versatile offensive weapon, throwing a touchdown pass and also contributing a rushing and receiving touchdown as well.

Seattle Seahawks Injuries

Starting center Austin Blythe is dealing with a knee injury that felt pretty sore according to Pete Carroll on Monday.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Injuries

The Buccaneers’ offensive line was missing starter, Luke Goedeke on Thursday night against the Ravens.

Backup Nick Leverett got his first NFL start and played well. allowing just one hurry all day.

Tennessee Titans Injuries

Safety Amani Hooker spent the end of Sunday’s game on the sideline with a shoulder injury. He’s an every down player for the Titans and would be a big loss for them after turning their season around.

Washington Commanders Injuries

Jahan Dotson still hasn’t practice with the team since he aggravated his hamstring injury last week in.
