  • Opponents have scored 64.0% of the points in games involving the Texans, the highest rate in the league.
  • Houston is averaging 113.3 fewer yards per game than their opponent, the worst differential in the league.
  • Opponents have outrushed the Texans by 57.4 more yards per game, the largest differential in the league.
  • The Texans are allowing 4.0 carries (31st) of 10 or more yards per game and 64.4 yards (30th) on those carries.
  • Jonathan Taylor leads the league in carries of 10 or more yards (34) and yardage gained (691 yards) on those carries.
  • When these teams played in Week 6, Taylor had five carries of 10 or more yards for a total of 129 yards rushing.
  • Taylor has scored a touchdown in nine straight games, the longest streak in Indianapolis franchise history and the longest scoring streak in the league since Todd Gurley went 10 straight games in the 2018 season.

Trust = spike production for that player

Quarterback

Carson Wentz (TRUST): Wentz has thrown for just 6.1 yards per pass attempt over his past six games and for more than 7.0 Y/A in just one of those games, but he still is coming off a three-touchdown game last week, his eighth game this season with multiple passing touchdowns, which is tied for third in the league.

Wentz gets a draw against a Houston defense that is 29th in blitz rate (16.8%) and 27th in pressure rate (19.5%), but they have allowed just three QB1 scoring weeks on the season because teams inevitably call off the dogs through the air due to game script against them. When these teams met back in Week 6, that happened as Wentz attempted just 20 passes (five in the second half) despite averaging 11.2 yards per pass attempt with a pair of touchdowns. Limited volume is the only roadblock here, but Wentz is still a top streamer in 1QB formats and a high-floor option in 2QB formats.
