Motivation or Rest Alert

The Patriots are in the playoffs and still have outs to win the divisions and get the No. 1 seed, although both require longer odds to happen. The Patriots can win the AFC if they win and all of the Titans, Bills, and Chiefs lose. More probable but still a long shot, they can win the AFC East if they win the Bills lose to the Jets.

The Dolphins have been eliminated from the postseason.

Quarterback

Mac Jones: Jones delivered his fifth QB1 scoring week on the season last week against the Jaguars by completing 22-of-30 passes for 227 yards and three touchdowns. When it has come to Jones for fantasy, it is all about defenses that can generate pressure. Of the five QB1 weeks Jones posted this season, they came against defenses that rank in the back half of the league. The Dolphins are second in the league (28.7%). Jones has had six games against top-10 defenses in pressure rate and in those games has been the QB23, QB22, QB17, QB26, QB29, and QB32. That includes Week 1 when he scored 15.2 points against Miami. The Dolphins have been aided by their schedule so we do not have to run completely away in 2QB formats, but Jones is a QB2 option
