We have reached the final week of the 2021 regular season.
Before diving into things, let me take a moment to thank everyone for this season. 2021 was another season that was out of sorts for everyone off the field, but we were able to enjoy the football season as a means of entertainment.
I am particularly thankful for all of you who went on this journey through the 2021 season through the work that I have put out this year. 2021 was a year where I posted over 400 total articles on this website. Covering games, game theory and draft strategy, player movement, rookies, and more. Some falling flat on my face and some holding the spades. At the end of the ride, hopefully I helped the majority along the way enjoy the season. If you clicked on one article or all of them, I am thankful for your support.
This year, we have an extra Week 18 tacked on to the schedule. The final week of the NFL regular season is always a different kind of fantasy week with the majority of fantasy leagues wrapped up, players resting for the playoffs and half of the league having absolutely nothing to play for. For those reasons, I always do a condensed version of this article to close the year every season, just to cover the ground for those who are in leagues that use Week 18 for their leagues still, as well as our last full slate of DFS. There are no Thursday or Monday night games to close the season, but we do have two Saturday games.
This article will be updated throughout the week to reflect major news or injury implications. I encourage that you use the game by game tables and data points here in conjunction with the player rankings that will be available every week this season each Wednesday and enjoy the games.
