Motivation or Rest Alert

Both of these teams are eliminated from the postseason.

Quarterback

Taylor Heinicke: Heinicke made it through the entirety of Week 16 despite whispers that we would see Kyle Allen at some point. Unfortunately, that did not lead to fantasy production. Heinicke has thrown for fewer than 7.0 yards per pass attempt in five straight games while throwing for one or fewer touchdown passes in nine of his past 11 games. That is going to keep him as a backend QB2 to close the year. A much healthier version of the Washington offense was able to post 30 points on the Giants in Week 2 with Heinicke himself having 20.0 fantasy points in that outing if looking for a carrot.
