NFL Team Rankings:

1. Los Angeles Rams

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +800

The Rams remain atop this list because of the work they did earlier this offseason, but their draft left a lot of questions for a team that is squarely in a Super Bowl window. Things have gone very badly if Ty Simpson is forced to play a big role as a rookie, and second-round pick Max Klare might be the fifth option at tight end as things stand. The Rams are still very good, but it feels like they missed a chance with this draft class.

2. Seattle Seahawks

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1000

Seattle leaves the draft with many of the same questions they had entering it, questions that perhaps could have been answered by spending their first-round pick elsewhere, but this is still one of the best rosters in the league.

3. Buffalo Bills

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1000

I expected to be lower on the Bills defense heading into the offseason, but they did a solid job filling holes in free agency and added some key pieces on Day 2 of the draft. I also am a big fan of Skyler Bell, though he will likely find it difficult to earn snaps with Khalil Shakir ahead of him on the depth chart and seemingly a very similar player. Still, the Bills made a focused effort on adding more receiver talent this offseason, which was badly needed.

4. Green Bay Packers

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1600

Green Bay did not have a ton of draft capital, but they seemingly got good value at key needs with their second, third, and fourth-round picks. The defense needs Micah Parsons to get healthy, and the offense needs Jordan Love to stay healthy. If that happens, this is one of the best teams in the league.

5. Los Angeles Chargers

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1600

I don't want to be this excited about the Chargers because we know where that leads. BUT…the tackles will be back, they addressed the interior of the line, and the defense has a lot of talent.

6. Denver Broncos

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1800

Following the addition of Jaylen Waddle, it is very difficult to find any holes in Denver's roster. The only lingering questions surround Bo Nix. Is he actually healthy? Is he good enough to lead a Super Bowl team?

7. Baltimore Ravens

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1000

I might be doing the same thing with the Ravens I was doing with the Chiefs earlier this offseason (below), but there are some differences. Lamar Jackson is healthy as things stand, and I just think the roster is better, especially after adding Trey Hendrickson and with Nnamdi Madubuike expected to be healthy.

8. Philadelphia Eagles

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1600

Getting Jonathan Greenard is a massive boost to a defense that already filled a big hole by signing Riq Woolen. On offense, the front office took steps to insulate for the likely departure of A.J. Brown via trade, but it is tough to expect a rookie to replace a player of that caliber.

9. Houston Texans

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1800

While we still have questions about the offensive line, the rest of the roster is loaded and ready for a real Super Bowl push. Is C.J. Stroud up to that challenge?

10. New England Patriots

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1600

Operating under the assumption that the Patriots will land A.J. Brown, this offense should have much better weapons on the outside for Drake Maye in 2026, and the defense added some nice pieces in free agency. Of course, if the controversy surrounding the head coach leads to a resignation, then all bets are off.

11. Detroit Lions

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1700

The Lions were forced to plug holes with their early picks, and it is fair to wonder how much value they got with Blake Miller. If those picks come good, though, and the safeties come back healthy, the Lions are in a great spot.

12. Cincinnati Bengals

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +2200

I have consistently been lower on the Bengals than the consensus over the last year or so, but to be fair to the front office, they have taken real swings this offseason to get better on defense. Will those work out? Can Joe Burrow stay healthy behind this offensive line? Those are the questions.

13. San Francisco 49ers

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1600

The 49ers have gotten criticism for some of their draft reaches, including from this site, and they have a concerning mix of age and health questions at important skill positions. Still, it would be difficult to move them much lower than this.

14. Kansas City Chiefs

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +1500

I was letting the draft odds and the history of the Chiefs sway me in previous versions of this article, but the fact is this roster is simply not among the elite in the league. Mansoor Delane fills a massive need, but they need him to hit the ground running. The same is true for Peter Woods and R Mason Thomas. None of it will matter if Patrick Mahomes is not 100 percent.

15. Jacksonville Jaguars

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +2500

It can be true that the Jaguars have a pretty good roster as things stand, and they also made some curious decisions during the 2026 draft. It seems like Emmanuel Pregnon was a good value in the third round, to be fair to the front office.

16. Dallas Cowboys

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +2500

The Cowboys did not get antsy, only had to trade up one pick, and landed a player many think was the best in the draft. While they have gotten some stick for how they handle contracts, the Cowboys have put together some pretty good drafts in recent years, and this one could be transformative for the defense.

17. Chicago Bears

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +2500

The Bears finished their safety rebuild with a good value pick on Dillon Thieneman in the first round, but there were some curious selections after that. Ultimately, Chicago's 2026 success hinges on Caleb Williams continuing the improvement from last season.

18. Minnesota Vikings

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +5500

I remain relatively high on the Vikings with Kyler Murray as the expected starting quarterback, but I am not really sure how much better they got for 2026 in the draft. They did at least address their glaring need up front on defense.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +5000

Tampa got really good value at a position of need in Rueben Bain Jr, and they are likely the best team in the NFC South. The question is, can they be more than that?

20. Pittsburgh Steelers

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +5000

I am not sure how much the Steelers helped their 2026 chances with this draft, which is interesting for a team we expect will have Aaron Rodgers at quarterback. The Drew Allar addition is interesting, though. He was once thought of as a No. 1 overall pick-type prospect.

21. Indianapolis Colts

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +6000

The Colts got good value on CJ Allen, who some thought was a first-round talent, but they simply did not have the draft capital to add much to the roster. The pass rush still looks like a major area of concern.

22. Washington Commanders

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +6500

Sonny Styles was a great get for Washington, even if they might have rather landed Mansoor Delane, and I am a fan of Antonio Williams both as a player and how he can complement Terry McLaurin.

23. Carolina Panthers

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +9000

We have to separate our distrust of Bryce Young and our evaluation of Carolina's roster. They made two massive additions on defense and have a very good coordinator on that side of the ball, and they did a good job shoring up the offensive line following Ikem Ekwonu‘s injury. This is at least a solidly mid-pack roster.

24. New York Giants

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +7000

I was not a massive fan of the Giants' first two picks. I think there were better players available at more immediate positions of need, but I am also not a scout. So we will have to see. The real concern now is building up the defensive line, which looks like a black hole with Dexter Lawrence gone.

25. New Orleans Saints

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +9000

I expected to be higher on the Saints coming into the offseason, and I like what they have done to support Tyler Shough. The defense has a lot of question marks, though, and they have not really addressed them.

26. Tennessee Titans

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +12000

Carnell Tate was a great addition who shit fit well with Cam Ward, who did not have a real downfield weapon last year. Keldric Faulk is also an upside pick who they got value on despite having to trade back up to land him. I remain skeptical they have enough to really compete this year, and I still think they overpaid at corner in free agency, but I really liked the Titans' draft.

27. New York Jets

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +20000

The Jets are a much better football team today than they were last year. They made several important additions to the defense both through free agency and the draft, and Geno Smith should at least be a functional NFL quarterback. I am not sure how much higher than this they can go, but the front office is at least giving Aaron Glenn a chance.

28. Atlanta Falcons

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +12000

The Falcons did not have the draft capital to make big improvements to their roster, so it is not a surprise they leave April with the same questions they had coming into the month. Avieon Terrell looks like a good value pick and is a fun story with his brother already on the team, but there are still concerns throughout.

29. Las Vegas Raiders

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +15000

Jermod McCoy was exactly the type of risk the Raiders need to take, and the offensive line should be much improved this year. Do they have enough weapons at receiver for Fernando Mendoza to find rookie success? Are they actually serious about starting Kirk Cousins in Week 1? We will find out.

30. Arizona Cardinals

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +40000

I am not sure Jeremiyah Love was the right pick for the Cardinals, but I do think we are probably a little too low on this roster as a whole. The quarterback situation and the division are major obstacles to 2025 success, but I could see Arizona surprising some teams this year.

31. Cleveland Browns

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +15000

The disappointing thing is I like a lot of what the Browns have done this offseason, and I hope those moves set them up for success in the future. That said, Deshaun Watson cannot be your realistic plan at quarterback in 2026.

32. Miami Dolphins

Super Bowl 61 Odds: +30000

Miami simply had too many holes to fix in one offseason. I like the players they added on defense, but the receiver situation looks like a complete mess. Perhaps Chris Bell gets healthy faster than expected and really is the first-round talent some scouts projected, but how can the Dolphins accurately determine if Malik Willis is a viable starter with these weapons?
