Here's a team-by-team breakdown of where everyone stands heading into Week 18 of the regular season.

Running back James Conner was placed on the IR earlier this week and will miss the Cardinals' season finale due to a knee injury that limited him to just four carries in Week 17.
Atlanta Falcons Injury Analysis:
Darnell Mooney is considered questionable for this weekend's game against the Panthers. He's already been considered a game-time decision by head coach Raheem Morris.
Mooney suffered a shoulder injury during practice on Thursday and sat out Friday's session.
Baltimore Ravens Injury Analysis:
The Ravens expected Justice Hill to return from his concussion this week, but Hill fell ill on Thursday and will be inactive on Saturday against the Browns.
Even with missing the final two games of the season, Hill set a career-high in receiving yards, catching 42 passes for 383 yards.
Buffalo Bills Injury Analysis:
Linebacker Terrel Bernard will miss the Bills' regular season finale, but Sean McDermott told reporters he is hopeful the quad injury will heal up in time for the postseason.
Carolina Panthers Injury Analysis:
Pro Bowl cornerback Jaycee Horn will be inactive for the second-straight week after missing Friday's practice due to a hip injury.
Horn allowed completions on just 53.2 percent of his targets and set a career-high with 13 passes defended.
Chicago Bears Injury Analysis:
Teven Jenkins will be inactive this weekend due to a calf injury.
The 2021 second-round pick has started 38 games in four season and is an impending free agent.
Cincinnati Bengals Injury Analysis:
Both Chase Brown and Tee Higgins are listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Higgins was questionable last week as well and went off for 131 yards and three touchdowns in the win over the Broncos.
Cleveland Browns Injury Analysis:
Tight end David Njoku and running back Jerome Ford were both placed on the IR this week.
Ford was limited to just six touches in Week 17 and D‘Onta Foreman will be the team's lead back against the Ravens after posting a season-high 49 rushing yards last week.
Dallas Cowboys Injury Analysis:
The Cowboys added Micah Parsons to the injury report on Thursday with a wrist issue, but he was upgraded to a full participant in Friday's session and doesn't carry an injury designation into the weekend.
Denver Broncos Injury Analysis:
The Broncos remain one of the healthiest teams in the NFL with backup offensive lineman Frank Crum being the only player ruled out for Week 18.
Denver needs to beat the Chiefs to clinch a playoff spot and Kansas City has listed 13 starters as out or doubtful for a game that is meaningless on their end.
Detroit Lions Injury Analysis:
Linebacker Alex Anzalone is hopeful to return from the IR in time for the Lions' postseason and has joined his team at practice this week. Despite practicing in full, Anzalone has told reporters he doesn't feel 100-percent yet and is questionable for Week 18.
Green Bay Packers Injury Analysis:
Cornerback Jaire Alexander is expected to undergo surgery on his injured knee soon and miss the rest of the 2024 season.
Alexander was a second-team All Pro in 2022, but has played just seven games in both of the last two seasons.
Houston Texans Injury Analysis:
Juice Scruggs returns this week after missing three games due to a foot injury. However, with fellow guard Shaq Mason ruled out this week, Scruggs is expected to take over at right guard instead of returning to his natural position on the left side of the line.
Tytus Howard will remain at left guard for the time being.
Indianapolis Colts Injury Analysis:
Anthony Richardson will miss his second straight game due to back spasms after sitting out of practice all week.
The second-year QB has missed four games due to injury this season after sitting out the final 13 games of his rookie campaign due to shoulder surgery.
Jacksonville Jaguars Injury Analysis:
The Jaguars will be left tackle Walker Little for the second straight week as he deals with an ankle injury.
Little signed a three-year contract extension worth $40.5 million last month after taking over the left tackle duties following the trade of Cam Robinson.
Kansas City Chiefs Injury Analysis:
The Chiefs have nothing to play for this weekend with the AFC's top seed locked up so key veterans such as Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce headline a group of seven veterans who will sit out Week 18.
Isiah Pacheco has also been ruled out, but he's dealing with a rib injury that he suffered on Christmas.
Las Vegas Raiders Injury Analysis:
Ameer Abdullah will be inactive this week after suffering a foot injury late in Week 17.
Alexander Mattison will be the team's top running back in the season finale.
Los Angeles Chargers Injury Analysis:
Ladd McConkey is set to play this weekend after missing practice on Wednesday due to a toe injury.
Gus Edwards will miss his second straight game due to an ankle injury. However, JK Dobbins will be active again after carrying the ball 19 times in his first game back from the IR.
Los Angeles Rams Injury Analysis:
The Rams have clinched the NFC West and will be resting a number of their key starters this weekend against the Seahawks.
Matthew Stafford, Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp will all sit out ahead of next week's Wild Card game.
Miami Dolphins Injury Analysis:
Tua Tagovailoa is considered doubtful this week due to a hip injury that held him out of Week 17.
Tyler Huntley will start after completing nearly 85-percent of his passes in last week's win over the Browns.
Minnesota Vikings Injury Analysis:
Running back Aaron Jones was limited in practice earlier in the week due to a quad injury, but he was upgraded to a full participant on Friday and carries no injury designation into the weekend.
Jones rushed 14 times for 93 yards when the Vikings lost to the Lions earlier in the year.
New England Patriots Injury Analysis:
Jabrill Peppers will be out this weekend due to a hamstring injury.
The veteran safety will finish the season with just six games played.
New Orleans Saints Injury Analysis:
Alvin Kamara is not expected to play this week after sitting out of practice all week due to his groin injury. He's officially listed as doubtful.
Chris Olave is questionable to play after being designated to return from the IR last week. Olave hasn't played since he suffered a concussion back in Week 9.
New York Giants Injury Analysis:
The Giants will be missing Evan Neal and John Michael Schmitz from their offensive line on Sunday against the Eagles.
However, Philadelphia will be without most of their key starters as they rest before the playoffs.
New York Jets Injury Analysis:
Sauce Gardner will miss the final game of the season due to his hamstring injury.
Philadelphia Eagles Injury Analysis:
The Eagles will be without quarterback Jalen Hurts again this week as he remains in concussion protocol. Backup Kenny Pickett is also dealing with broke ribs so Tanner McKee will get his first NFL start against the Giants.
Philadelphia has also decided to rest a number of key starters this week with nothing to play for, ending Saquon Barkley's pursuit of Eric Dickerson's single-season NFL rushing record.
Pittsburgh Steelers Injury Analysis:
Joey Porter, Jr. was inactive last week due to a knee injury, but carries no injury designation into this weekend after practicing all week.
That's good news as fellow starting cornerback Donte Jackson is questionable for Saturday night's game due to a back injury.
San Francisco 49ers Injury Analysis:
With no hope for the postseason, the 49ers have shut down Brock Purdy for Week 18 due to an elbow injury.
Deebo Samuel will also be inactive as he deals with wrist and rib injuries.
Seattle Seahawks Injury Analysis:
Running back Kenneth Walker III will be gone for the rest of the season due to the high ankle sprain he's been dealing with.
Backup Zach Charbonnet has set career-highs in yards, touchdowns and receptions as the Seahawks' number two back.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers Injury Analysis:
Tight end Cade Otton is doubtful for Sunday's game due to a knee injury.
Tennessee Titans Injury Analysis:
Tony Pollard is considered questionable for Sunday's game and has been ruled a game-time decision by the team.
Pollard is 83 yards shy of a $250k incentive and should see a heavy workload if he's active with Tyjae Spears ruled out due to a concussion.
Washington Commanders Injury Analysis:
Marshon Lattimore has been ruled out again due to his hamstring injury.
On a more positive note, Austin Ekeler has been designated to return from the IR and has been ruled questionable for Week 18.
