With just three games remaining on the NFL schedule, staying healthy is as important as ever.

For updates on each team’s non-roster injuries, be sure to check out our Injured Reserve Tracker and our playoff reserve/COVID-19 tracker.

The four teams remaining in the playoff field have been healthy all year, but there are still questions that could impact this weekend’s results:

Josh Tupou’s potential absence could make things difficult for Cincinnati after his performance against the Chiefs in Week 17. The defensive tackle was the Bengals’ highest-graded run defender on Pro Football Focus that week, albeit in limited playing time.

The Bengals defensive front is already thin with Larry Ogunjobi out for the rest of the season, but they relied heavily on B.J. Hill and D.J. Reader against the Bengals, putting the linemen on the field for 48 and 44 of their 53 defensive snaps, respectively.

Tyrann Mathieu is questionable despite being a full participant in practice on both Thursday and Friday this week. The safety played just a handful of snaps against the Bills before being knocked out with a concussion.

The Bengals picked on Mathieu when these teams played earlier this season and he allowed a 72-yard touchdown to Ja’Marr Chase.

– Also questionable is Darrel Williams, who has been dealing with a toe injury since the end of the regular season. Williams had his best game of the season against Cincinnati in Week 17, rushing for 88 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire is another week removed from his shoulder injury and should see more touches after rushing for 60 yards against Buffalo. Jerick McKinnon was rather ineffective against the Bills as a runner, earning 24 yards on 10 carries.

Trent Williams’s status is probably the most murky of any player this weekend after he sat out every practice due to an ankle injury he suffered against Green Bay. Both Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch have expressed hopefulness that the left tackle can suit up, but as of now, it’s hard to guess either way.

Williams was inactive when these teams met back in Week 18 due to an elbow injury that has since healed. Colton McKivitz struggled against LA that afternoon, allowing a pair of sacks and four pressures.

Jeff Wilson Jr. is also questionable, although he has completely fallen out of the 49ers gameplan in recent weeks. Wilson has played just 21 snaps in the last four games, earning zero touches in that timespan.

Meanwhile, Elijah Mitchell is averaging over 20 carries per game and should be the lead back with Deebo Samuel adding into the mix as well. In Week 18, Mitchell had 21 carries for 85 yards and Samuel posted 45 yards on eight carries.

Andrew Whitworth will return this week after being inactive in the Divisional Round due to a knee injury. It’s a good thing, too, with backup Joe Noteboom doubtful after suffering a chest injury against the Buccaneers.

In his two starts against the 49ers this year, Whitworth has allowed one sack and two pressures.

Van Jefferson is questionable due to a knee injury, although he hasn’t been a major factor for the Rams in recent weeks, catching just three passes on four targets in the postseason. Although, he did record a 15-yard run and play nearly 90 percent of the offensive snaps against Tampa Bay last week.

Obviously a lot of the passing attack will work through Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham, Jr., but with Robert Woods on the IR, there isn’t a natural third receiver if Jefferson is out.

Rookie Ben Skowronek is the next man up despite having just 11 catches for 133 yards this season, only two of which have come since Week 15. He did play six snaps against the Bucs, for whatever that’s worth.
