– The Steelers defense will get their top two players back with T.J. Watt healed from his hip injury and Minkah Fitzpatrick activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Without Watt, the Steelers pressured Justin Herbert on just nine of his 50 dropbacks in their 41-37 loss. And despite missing two games, Watt still ranks second in the NFL in sacks with 12.5.

Eric Ebron will be out again after returning for two weeks. His knee injury will open the window for rookie Pat Freiermuth to have a bigger role in the passing game.

In the two games Ebron missed earlier this year, Freiermuth caught nine passes for 87 yards and three touchdowns. However, the Bengals have allowed the 20th-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season.

– The Jets will miss rookie running back Michael Carter this week. He is expected to miss 2-3 weeks with a high-ankle sprain. Carter had ascended to the top of the running back depth chart in recent weeks, averaging 13 carries per game since Week 4.

Tevin Coleman should get the bulk of the carries while Carter is out. The veteran’s five carries against the Dolphins is the most he’s had in a game since Week 1.

Zach Wilson will make his first start at quarterback since Week 7 with Joe Flacco and Mike White both on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Wilson has struggled early in his NFL career, completing over 60 percent of his passes just once and throwing touchdowns in just two games.

The Texans pass defense has struggled this season, ranking 27th in the NFL in net yards per attempt allowed and quarterback pressure rate.

The Panthers have struggled to protect the quarterback this season and the Dolphins lead the NFL in total pressures this season. Trent Scott will be filling in for Miller at right guard on Sunday.

Scott has started three games this season, allowing just four pressures and no hits or sacks.

– No A.J. Brown is a tough break for a Titans team that has struggled to pass the ball this year. Tennessee was missing both Brown and Julio Jones (IR) in their Week 4 loss to the Jets.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Marcus Johnson and Chester Rogers will be the Titans top-three receivers against a Patriots defense that has allowed the fifth-least completions to wide receivers in the NFL this season.

– With Nate Davis still out, Aaron Brewer will get his third start at right guard. The 2020 undrafted free agent delivered an uneven performance last week, topping Pro Football Focus’s rankings in pass-blocking grade among guards, but his 32.7 run-blocking grade was the worst at his position.

– Defensively, the Titans will be without nose tackle Teair Tart and linebackers David Long Jr. and Rashaan Evans.

Naquan Jones should start in Tart’s spot while Jayon Brown and Monty Rice should get the start at linebacker. Brown was a liability in coverage last week, allowing four completions on his four targets.

– The Patriots are back to their old tricks, listing nine players as questionable for Sunday. Trent Brown, Hunter Henry and Jonnu Smith should all be good to go after emerging from the Atlanta game unscathed.

Bill Belichick also rested most of his defensive starters last week, so it would be a shock to see someone like Christian Barmore or Dont’a Hightower inactive on Sunday.

Tread carefully, but most of these guys should be expected to play.

Ali Marpet is doubtful after suffering an abdominal injury last week. Aaron Stinnie struggled in his spot against the Giants, allowing a sack and earning the lowest run blocking grade on the team, per PFF.

Stinnie will be matched up against Pro Bowler DeForest Buckner, who had eight pressures and two sacks against the Jaguars two weeks ago.

– Defensively, both Vita Vea and Devin White are game-time decisions. The return of Vea is certainly important, given the matchup this week. Jonathan Taylor torched an undermanned Bills defense last week, carrying the Colts offense to 41 points.

This might be the matchup of the week. The Buccaneers boast the NFL’s top run defense and the Colts haven’t won a game where Taylor hasn’t rushed for at least 100 yards.

Cordarrelle Patterson is questionable after being inactive last week against the Patriots. Without Patterson in the fold, the Falcons were shutout and managed to gain just 165 yards of total offense.

Qadree Ollison lead the team in carries, gaining 34 yards on his nine carries. While veteran Mike Davis still might be the starter, he earned just one yard on his three carries against the Patriots.

Shaquill Griffin leads the Jaguars in pass breakups, but will be out this week due to a concussion. Jacksonville finished last week with Nevin Lawson and Chris Claybrooks at cornerback after Tyson Campbell suffered a shoulder injury.

With Campbell expected to return, it is unclear whether Claybrooks or Lawson will start. Lawson has been a better coverage corner this season with Claybrooks allowing completions on 13 of his 14 targets.

The former second-round pick is averaging 5.0 yards per carry this season an rushed for 94 yards in his first game back from the IR. Rookie Kenny Gainwell should take Howard’s spot on the gameday roster and offers some versatility in the passing game. He has 20 catches for 173 yards this season.

– The Giants’ receivers remain one of the most injured position groups in the league with Sterling Shepard and Kadarius Toney both expected to miss Sunday’s game. They are the team’s top-two receivers this season.

Kenny Golladay did return from a hip injury in Week 9, but has just three catches for 40 yards in his last three games. After signing a four-year, $72 million contract with New York in the offseason, he needs to step up against his former teammate Darius Slay.

Since the start of 2020, Slay has scored three touchdowns and Golladay has scored two.

Asante Samuel Jr. will miss Sunday’s game after suffering his second concussion of the season. Tevaughn Campbell has been Samuel’s replacement, but he’s really struggled in recent weeks.

While he hasn’t allowed a touchdown, Campbell has allowed opposing QBs to go 11-13 for 157 yards when targeted him in the past two games.

Chris Harris Jr. could be an option as well to replace Samuel, but the slot corner hasn’t played major snaps on the outside since 2019.

Calvin Anderson will make his third-straight start at left tackle, he hasn’t allowed a sack this season, although he did allow a pair of quarterback hits against the Eagles in Week 10.

As far as right tackle is concerned, Cameron Fleming should replace Massie. He was the Broncos’ highest-graded run blocker against Philadelphia, but did allow three pressures in the loss.

Bradley Chubb is a candidate to return from the IR this week after rejoining the team at practice. However, if he is active, expect his role to be limited as Vic Fangio tries to integrate the former top pick back into the defense.

– Minnesota is also dealing with a bit of a COVID-19 crisis right now with six players currently on the reserve/COVID-19 list including defensive lineman Dalvin Tomlinson.

Sheldon Richardson and Patrick Jones II could find themselves elevated into the starting lineup. Richardson hasn’t started a game this season, but has played over 50 percent of the snaps in the last two games.

In 126 pass-blocking snaps this year, Nijman has allowed just five pressures and two sacks.

– No Kevin King means Rasul Douglas should get the start at cornerback opposite Eric Stokes with Chandon Sullivan working out of the slot.

Douglas made a game-winning interception against the Cardinals in Week 8, but struggled in relief of King against Minnesota, allowing a 26-yard catch that set up the game-winning field goal.
