Just four teams remain in the pursuit of the Super Bowl. While all four teams have remained relatively healthy for most of the season, there are still some injuries that could factor into Sunday’s results:

- Adam Humphries, WR, is questionable. He was limited in practice all week due to an ankle injury.
- Jayon Brown, LB, is questionable. He was limited in practice all week due to a shoulder injury.
- Adoree Jackson, CB, is questionable. He was limited in practice all week with an ankle injury.
- Rashaan Evans, LB, is questionable. He was limited in practice all week with a foot injury.
- Jack Conklin, T, is questionable. He was limited in practice on Thursday and Friday with a shoulder injury.
- Delanie Walker, TE, was placed on the IR due to an ankle injury.
- Malcolm Butler, CB, is out. He is on the IR with a wrist injury.
Kansas City Chiefs (FINAL)
- Travis Kelce, TE, is expected to play. He was limited in practice all week with a knee injury.
- JK Scott, P, is questionable. He was added to the injury report on Saturday after dealing with an illness.
- Chris Jones, DT, is questionable after being limited in Friday’s practice. He did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday due to a calf injury.

- Kenny Clark, DT, is expected to play. He was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday with a back injury.
- Allen Lazard, WR, is expected to play. He was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday with an ankle injury.
- Preston Smith, LB, is expected to play. He was limited in practice all week with an ankle injury.
- Geronimo Allison, WR, is expected to play. He was limited in practice on Thursday with an illness. He did not practice on Wednesday.
- Equanimeous St. Brown, WR, is out. He has been on the IR all year with an ankle injury.
San Francisco 49ers (FINAL)
- Dee Ford, DE, is expected to play. He was limited in practice on Thursday due to hamstring and quad injuries. He did not practice on Wednesday.
- Kwon Alexander, LB, is expected to play. He was limited in practice all week with a pectoral injury.
- Jerick McKinnon, RB, is out indefinitely. He is on the IR due to a knee injury.
