Lamar Jackson
Jackson was efficient on Sunday in Brazil, connecting on 15 of 20 (75%) passes for 186 yards (9.3 Y/A) and 2 touchdowns.
He added a season-high 50 rushing yards.
Jackson did not break the bank because the Ravens were a low-volume pass offense.
Baltimore threw the ball 18% below expectations against Dallas, the lowest rate of any team in Week 3.
The Ravens threw the ball 19.8% below expectations on first downs.
It is hard not to see the Ravens having a similar approach here unless the Titans make this much more of a game than implied.
Opposing teams against Tennessee have thrown the ball 7.7% below expectations, the second-lowest rate in the league.
Nothing here makes you pause on Jackson as a QB1.
The Ravens are huge home favorites with a high team total.
He just may not have the mega ceiling if Tennessee is as bad as they have been in two of their first three games.
When Jackson is throwing, he should be effective.
Tennessee has allowed a 71.1% completion rate (30th) and 7.2 yards per attempt (18th).
They have only allowed a 2.4% touchdown rate because Geno Smith and Jameis Winston did not throw a touchdown, but they did allow multiple passing scores to Jalen Hurts in Week 2.
Cam Ward
Ward has thrown for 140, 183, and 181 yards through three games with 2 touchdowns.
He is 29th in yards per pass attempt (5.7 Y/A) and 29th in rate of throws to result in a first down or touchdown (27.3%).
He is also 29th in rate of dropbacks to result in 1.0 EPA or more (19.2%), while 20.2% of his dropbacks have lost 1.0 or worse (26th).
He is a back-end QB2 as a double-digit road underdog.
The Ravens have not allowed more than 1 passing touchdown in a game to open the year, allowing 6.6 yards per pass attempt (9th) and a 2.9% touchdown rate (6th).
