Quarterback
Tua Tagovailoa: As great as this season has been for Tua from a 10,000-foot view, it has been an inconsistent one for fantasy purposes.
After finishing last week as QB22 (9.1 points), we still have not had consecutive weeks this season in which Tagovailoa has ended as a QB1 scorer.
Miami is entering Week 15 with a mountain of question marks and one of the worst passing matchups in the league.
With Connor Williams going down with an injury on Monday night, Miami could enter this week with one starter from the season opener remaining on their offensive line.
Williams and Isaiah Wynn are doubtful to play, and neither Terron Armstead nor Robert Hunt were active on Monday.
Behind a makeshift line, Tua was pressured on a season-high 46.3% of his dropbacks.
That is huge because Tagovailoa has been one of the quarterbacks most heavily impacted by pressure this season.
Under pressure, Tagovailoa has completed 41.0% of his passes (28th) for 5.5 yards per pass attempt (22nd) with two touchdowns and two interceptions.
When pressured on Monday, Tagovailoa was 5-of-12 (41.7%) for 56 yards (4.7 Y/A) with two sacks.
We also do not know how healthy Tyreek Hill will be for this weekend.
Further adding on, the Jets have allowed a league-low 9.9 passing points per game this season.
These teams just played in Week 12, with Tagovailoa ending that week as QB28 (7.8 points).
Tua was 21-of-30 passing in that game for 8.1 Y/A, so he did have some success, but a pair of interceptions negated his lone touchdown pass.
Even if we get good news on Tyreek and this offensive line, Tua is an option that gamers will have to entertain streaming for in the fantasy playoffs.
