Quarterback

Desmond Ridder: Finishing last week as QB2 (25.4 points), Ridder logged his first QB1 scoring week Since Week 6.

Ridder threw for a career-high 347 yards.

He only threw one passing touchdown. Ridder has now thrown multiple passing touchdowns just once all season.

But he added a rushing touchdown and a two-point conversion to elevate his fantasy line.

This is not a spot to chase Ridder’s output a week ago.

The Panthers are seventh in passing points allowed (11.5 per game) and seventh in yards allowed per pass attempt (6.4 Y/A).

They have not allowed a QB1 scorer since Week 6, which includes being the only team to slow down Dak Prescott (5.0 Y/A and QB15) during his hot stretch.

When these teams played back in the season opener, Ridder was QB24 (8.9 points).
