NFL Week 7 Best Prop Bet: Bryce Young Over 250.5 Passing Yards (-115)

The Panthers rank second in pass rate over expected (7.3% PROE) and third in neutral pace.

The Buccaneers have faced the fourth-highest PROE (5.3%) this season.

Young has thrived in an uptempo, pass-happy offense.

Among 33 quarterbacks with at least 100 dropbacks this year, Young is just 27th in completion percentage (60.2%) but first in passing yards per game (309.8), 11th in yards per pass attempt (7.7), eighth in adjusted net yards per pass attempt (7.6), and fourth in average depth of target (9.8).

Young is launching the ball downfield to his skyscraper pass-catching weapons.

The fourth-year pro has reached at least 281 passing yards in every game this season, with a median of 291.

Tampa Bay has allowed 254 passing yards to Joe Burrow, 316 to Dak Prescott, and 253 to Aaron Rodgers.

They held Deshaun Watson, Kyler Murray, and Jordan Love under 250.5 passing yards.

Young should be the latest to victimize their pass-funnel defense for over 250.5 passing yards.

NFL Week 7 Best Prop Bet: Jonah Coleman Over 15.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

Coleman has missed the past four games while on injured reserve.

Thankfully, he has logged full practices all week, indicating his ankle is healthy.

Coleman last took the field in Week 2.

RJ Harvey missed that game, and J.K. Dobbins suffered a minor injury in the third quarter.

Coleman's 10 carries tied Dobbins for the team lead, and the rookie amassed a team-high 39 rushing yards.

An explosive run is any run of 10-plus yards where a runner could gain at least 10 yards (i.e., rush attempts inside the 10-yard line are excluded).

Coleman had an impressive 25.0% explosive run rate in that contest.

Since Sean Payton reclaimed play-calling duties in Week 5, he's leaned heavily on the run.

Denver has had a -8.1% PROE in Payton's two games calling plays.

An -8.1% PROE over the course of the season to this point would rank 31st, ahead of only the Dolphins.

Payton has fed Dobbins, but he hasn't been good this year.

Among 39 running backs with at least 40 rush attempts this season, Dobbins is 32nd in yards per carry (3.3), tied for 37th in success rate (38.3%), 36th in stuff rate (56.8%), 28th in explosive run rate (6.9%), and 33rd in rush yards over expectation per attempt (-0.9).

Dobbins can't hang his hat on anything as a runner this year, but Payton still preferred him to Harvey, as evidenced by Dobbins' 35 rush attempts and Harvey's 9 in Payton's two games as the play-caller.

Coleman can immediately get opportunities for the favored Broncos, and he has a low bar to clear to give the team more than they've gotten from their running backs.

The Cardinals are also a plus matchup for Coleman.

Arizona has allowed the fourth-most rushing yards per game (107.0) at 4.3 yards per carry to running backs this season.

They've surrendered over 15.5 rushing yards to 10 running backs this season, including multiple running backs from the Seahawks, 49ers, Giants, and Rams.

NFL Week 7 Best Prop Bet: Tucker Kraft Over 4.5 Receptions (-102)

Kraft suffered a torn ACL on November 2, 2025, and underwent reconstructive knee surgery.

A slow start to the season shouldn't have been shocking.

Through his first three games this year, Kraft had a 79.4% snap share, 62.9% route participation rate, 13.7% target share, 20% target rate per route, 11.6% first-read rate, 10.8% air yard share, 3.0 receptions per game, 35.3 receiving yards per game, and 1.28 yards per route run (Y/RR).

He's been considerably better lately.

In Kraft's last three games, he's had an 81.5% snap share, 69.4% route participation rate, 19.6% target share, 27% target rate per route, 23.7% first-read rate, 7.2% air yard share, 5.3 receptions per game, 47.7 receiving yards per game, and 1.91 Y/RR.

Kraft's aDOT has come down, while his efficiency has climbed.

It's an ideal combination for more catchable targets, and Kraft has rattled off 6, 5, and 5 receptions in his last three games.

He'd have a compelling case for going over 4.5 receptions against anyone, and he has the most mouthwatering matchup for tight ends this week.

The Lions have permitted an NFL-high 10.2 receptions per game to tight ends this year.

Dalton Kincaid (7 receptions), Kenyon Sadiq (7 receptions), Jeremy Ruckert (5 receptions), and Trey McBride (9 receptions) have cleared 4.5 receptions against the Lions in five games this season.

Kraft should have little trouble reaching 5 receptions on Sunday.
