  • Over the first five weeks of 2023 with Daniel Jones healthy, the Giants were 31st in points per drive, ahead of just the Patriots, and dead last in yards per play.
  • Malik Nabers averaged a class-high 3.64 yards per route run and 3.81 yards per team pass attempt at LSU in 2023.
  • Devin Singletary averaged 1.31 yards before contact per rush last season in Houston, which is not good, but Saquon Barkley averaged 0.98 yards behind the Giants’ offensive line.

2023 Giants Stats (NFL Rank):

  • Points: 266 (30th)
  • Total Offense: 4,760 (29th)
  • Plays: 1,057 (20th)
  • Yards Per Play: 4.5 (30th)
  • Offensive TDs: 25 (29th)
  • Points Per Drive: 1.2 (29th)
  • Situation Neutral Pace: 28.6 (22nd)

2024 Giants Coaching Staff:

  • Head Coach: Brian Daboll
  • Offensive Coordinator: Mike Kafka

There was some unsustainability in the Giants’ performance on offense in 2022, and we saw things come crashing back to earth last year even before Daniel Jones was sidelined.

Over the first five weeks of 2023, the Giants were 31st in points per drive, ahead of just the Patriots, and dead last in yards per play.

From that point on, Jones played just 21 more snaps the rest of the season, and the Giants stumbled home with one of the worst offenses in the league.

Now without Saquon Barkley to lead the backfield, it is fair to question how much attachment we want to this offense in fantasy.

To be fair to Jones, he should have the best receiver he has played with to this point in his career in Malik Nabers – the one highly-drafted Giant in fantasy circles – and was a fantasy factor because of his work on the ground back in 2022.

Short of Nabers and hoping for some rushing production from Jones, though, it is difficult to get very excited about this attack.
